How to measure ...
Band
Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your breasts. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and take note of the measurement in inches. Round to the nearest whole number. If the measurement is an odd number, round up to the nearest even number (e.g., 31 inches should be rounded to 32 inches).
Bust
While standing straight, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and does not dig into your breasts. Round to the nearest whole number.
Waist
Using a measuring tape, measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight.
